Color Guard Caption Manager/Choreographer

Tyler Edrington is a native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and currently resides in Tarpon Springs, FL. Since 2012, Tyler has been a technician, primary designer, choreographer and the Color Guard Caption Manager (2014-present) for the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps.

After beginning his color guard career by joining his high school’s marching band program in 2004, Tyler spent his summers and winters during his performing career with Phantom Regiment, Carolina Crown, Capella Winter Guard and Paramount Winter Guard.

Tyler has been surrounded by music since the age of seven where he was a 10-year member of the Chattanooga Boys Choir. He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he pursued a degree in music education with an emphasis on saxophone.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Tyler currently serves as a designer and choreographer for many prestigious independent and scholastic colorguard programs including Paramount Winter Guard, Tarpon Spring HS, University of South Florida Winter Guard, East Coweta HS, Desert Vista HS, Pope HS, Soddy-Daisy HS, Chantilly HS, River Bluff HS and Burleson-Centennial HS.

Tyler has previously worked with programs such as Reverie Winter Guard, Bellbrook HS, Allegoria Winter Guard, Kettering Fairmont HS, Centerville HS, Georgia State University Winter Guard, Sprayberry HS, Origins Winter Guard, Kennesaw Mountain HS, Seymour HS, McNeil HS, Eastlake HS, and Ooltewah HS.
