TIERED SAFETY SYSTEM

It is not without great care, attention to detail and dedication that we will be able to successfully put on a summer with the Crossmen. The way in which Crossmen will function is in a tiered system. This will eliminate outside chances of exposure to our tight "bubble" concept. The Tiered Safety System will protect our students, staff and volunteers working on the frontlines.

Vaccinations for all students, staff and volunteers is required.

The Crossmen Bubble - Maintaining the Crossmen "bubble" will require self-discipline and responsibility. It cannot be successful without 100% respect and responsibility from all those who join us this Summer.

The Crossmen Bubble Requirements - Self-sequestering mandated; Testing (PCR) required prior to arrival and on site (antigen); No physical interaction with parents or friends; No corps-to-corps interaction; No big box-store stops; No sharing of businesses (laundry) with the public; No leaving the site or your established areas.

TIER 1

WHO: All those who remain in Crossmen's "bubble". For those in Tier 1, they must remain in Tier 1. Once you leave the "bubble" you cannot return without full self-sequestration and testing protocols are complete.

EX. Members, primary instructional staff, admin traveling with members, etc...

TIER 2

WHO: All those who must interact with institutions outside the "bubble" in order to provide the drum corps with a world class experience.

EX. Truck drivers, food errands, go-ahead housing, secondary education staff that don't require direct interaction with Tier 1...
