Tiffany Kostuch is excited to be joining the staff at Crossmen in her capacity as a visual instructor. Since her age out with The Colts Drum and Bugle Corps in 2015 and Minnesota Brass Indoor in 2016, Tiffany has remained an active contributor to the Midwest marching community. Tiffany is currently serving as the Visual Coordinator of River City Rhythm, an open class WGI ensemble which was awarded 5th place last season. She is also serving as a member at large for the Minnesota Percussion Association, the Board of Directors for her local winter drumline circuit. She is experienced in teaching visual, music (brass), and cymbal techniques at various organizations including Big River Motion of Menomonie HS, Chippewa Falls HS Marching Cardinals, Irondale HS Marching Knights, Blugold Marching Band (University of WisconsinEau Claire), Minnesota Brass Indoor, and River City Rhythm Drum and Bugle Corps, and River City Rhythm Indoor Drumline. 

Of all of the many great aspects associated with the marching arts, Tiffany is most inspired by the passion and commitment to excellence that permeates this activity and hopes to instill that same passion and commitment into any and all members that she has the honor of instructing.
