Brian “Bosco” Brown began his Drum Corps career as a visual tech for the Pride of Cincinnati Drum and Bugle Corps in the summer of 1984. He went on from there to become the visual caption head and visual designer for the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps.

Bosco began his 28 year teaching career at Beechwood Independent Schools in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky where he served as Band Director for grades five through twelve and remains active there as Visual Designer. He has served as a consultant, adjudicator, and designer for numerous high school marching bands, including several Kentucky and Indiana State Finalists and Champions, as well as BOA Semi-finalists, including the 2006 and 2011 MFA Grand National Class A Champion. He is an active adjudicator for the indoor percussion and winter guard activity as a member of the Tri-State Judges Association and WGI Winds judge, and is currently the Director of Bands at Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky. 

This will be his sixth season with the Crossmen.
