Philip Jones

Philip marched with Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps and was the Flugelhorn soloist in 2015. He has previously taught at Legends, Guardians, and Crossmen.

Philip is currently a band director at Southlake Carroll High School, where the band has recently made appearances at local regional finals, state finals, and Grand Nationals finals. Previously, Philip was an assistant band director at Burleson Centennial High School.

Philip received his Bachelors in Music Education from the University of North Texas. He is a member of Texas Music Educators Association and Texas Bandmaster’s Association. Philip grew up in Flower Mound where he graduated from Marcus High School.
