Ethan Darling

Ethan Darling is an educator and visual designer from Lititz, Pennsylvania. He is a recent

graduate of West Chester University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Culture

with a minor in Music. Ethan currently teaches with the Phoenixville Marching Phantoms and

their indoor ensemble in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.

In 2025, he served on the visual staff of the Hawthorne Caballeros and previously marched

trumpet with the Reading Buccaneers from 2022 to 2023, as well as with the Crossmen for their

50th Anniversary season in 2024.

Outside of teaching, Ethan enjoys playing video games, listening to music, cooking, and

spending time with his pets—his two cats, Gizmo and Lola, and his dog, Luna. He’s excited to

return to the Crossmen for the 2026 season and help carry forward the corps’ legacy of

excellence and determination.
