Carson Mann

Carson Mann was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He attended Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Texas where he found his passion for education and bass drum. Carson loves reading, writing, and teaching, and is now pursuing a degree in Secondary Education: English at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Carson began his Drum Corps International career in the summer of 2021 with the Guardians Drum and Bugle Corps. He then spent the 2022 and 2023 seasons marching with the Crossmen and aging out in the summer of 2023. From 2020-2023 he has spent 4 seasons with the Cowboy Marching Band, 3 of which he has held a role on the CMB Leadership Team. Carson was also a member of Vigilantes Indoor Percussion for their 2022 season.

Mann is currently a private lesson instructor and educator in the Stillwater Public School District, where he is on staff with the Stillwater Pioneer Marching Band as a battery technician. In his free time he enjoys cooking, writing music and poetry, and spending time with his close friends. After completing his degree Carson plans to teach high school English and Literature.
