Crossmen Productions is eXcited to announce the return of Wesley Pendergrass of Bentonville, Arkansas, for his second season with the Crossmen. Building on the momentum of his inaugural year, Wes will take on an expanded leadership role in 2027 as Program Coordinator and Staging Manager.
“Wes brings an exceptional blend of experience, creativity, and versatility to the Crossmen,” said David Borland, President of the Crossmen Productions Board of Directors. “His success across every WGI division, combined with his work for nationally recognized marching bands and large-scale productions, gives him a unique perspective. More importantly, he knows how to channel those strengths into creating meaningful, memorable experiences that inspire our performers and elevate our organization.”

Wes’s expanded role will provide greater creative alignment across every facet of the organization, ensuring a seamless connection between music, visual design, staging, choreography, and performer development. His continued leadership builds upon the strong foundation established during his first season while advancing the Crossmen's commitment to innovation, education, and competitive eXcellence. As the corps looks ahead to 2027, Wes's vision and collaborative approach will play a pivotal role in shaping an experience that inspires performers, engages audiences, and continues the proud tradition of the Crossmen.
