How do I purchase instruments from the Crossmen?

We can process Cash, Check, Credit Card and University/School district Purchase Orders. 

When is the equipment available for shipping or pick up?

Instruments in our store are available today for purchase and shipping.  They have been cleaned and services.

Instruments marked "pre-order", are available for no-charge pick up on Saturday (only) after DCI Finals, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN. This equipment will not be serviced by our technicians (Brass Only).

"Pre-order" instruments and equipment will also be available for pick-up and shipping as early as the third week of August.  For brass instruments, these will be considered as-is and not serviced by our technicians.

Due to the high freight costs, it is strongly suggested that keyboards and other large/bulky equipment be picked up directly from Crossmen while in Indianapolis OR from our office in San Antonio, TX.

All equipment is available for no-charge pick up in San Antonio, TX. Due to the high freight costs, it is strongly suggested that keyboards and other large/bulky equipment be picked up directly from Crossmen in San Antonio, TX or that in-house arrangements are made to transfer from San Antonio to its final destination.

What is the condition of the Crossmen Equipment?

All instruments, brass and front ensemble, will be considered gently used. Nearly all of our instruments are only used for one full drum corps season.

Brass instruments come with a hard travel case. We send off the horns to our customers in fully working condition and without major dents. If service is provided, each instrument will be chemically cleaned with all REACHABLE dents removed. Original, unused mouthpieces and accessories are included. All Xeno trumpets come with an unused, brand new leather double trumpet case.

Front ensemble instruments are wiped of any dust and grime with gentle cleaning products. We send every instrument off in fully working condition. Keyboards and bass drums come with a cover and field frame.

Stocked, we have barely used 2020 brass instruments! All have been used for no more than a weekend's camp and do not require any major cleaning or cosmetic restoration.  
Stocked, we have limited 2019 brass instruments available in fully working condition - all completely and professionally restored without any major dents. Restoration consists of a chemical cleaning with all reachable dents removed and any major services taken care of prior to selling.
Mouthpieces and original Yamaha accessories are included
All Xeno trumpets come with a brand new leather double trumpet case.
Percussion instruments are in fully working condition and come with a cover and field frame.
