Ronald McAdams

Ronald is excited to return to the Crossmen Administration Staff, having first joined the organization in 2007 during its inaugural Texas season as Assistant Tour Director. His marching arts roots run deep, beginning in Angleton, Texas, where he marched in the low brass section and served as Drum Major his senior year. He later marched with Revolution Drum and Bugle Corps (San Antonio, 2001) and went on to serve as Business Manager for Trinity Drum and Bugle Corps from 2005–2006, gaining valuable experience in organizational and financial operations within the activity.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems from DeVry University and currently resides in Houston, Texas. Professionally, Ronald is an Information Systems Analyst with Hilcorp Energy Company, where he applies data-driven thinking, process optimization, and strategic problem-solving.

In addition, Ronald is the Co-CEO and Travel Advisor of Q&R Travel, LLC, which he launched in 2021. As a trusted travel concierge, he specializes in ocean cruises, destination travel, and group travel, delivering highly personalized planning services. From budget-conscious families and honeymooners seeking adventure to retirees pursuing luxury and world cruises, Ronald streamlines the planning process and designs trips tailored to each client’s goals, timeline, and budget.

With a strong foundation in business, logistics, and customer service, Ronald is known for his attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to creating seamless experiences on tour, at work, and around the world.
