Mike Dow began his drum corps career in 2001 marching with the Crossmen at age 16. He went on to perform with the Crossmen for four years and aged out with Madison Scouts in 2006. Mike then began his drum corps teaching career on the percussion staff at the Troopers, later going on to work within the percussion staffs at Carolina Crown, Madison Scouts, The Cadets, and now the Crossmen.

Beyond drum corps, Mike spent many years in the indoor percussion activity working with the Independent World group United Percussion. He has also done work as a teacher and designer for several high school programs in the NJ/PA area. Mike has spent time as an adjudicator as well, both in the percussion and visual captions.

Currently, Mike resides in Los Angeles, CA where he is an Operations Manager for a music branding company.
