Jaime Alvarez-Calderon returns to the Crossmen this year as a program consultant. Being no stranger to the organization, Jaime has served as the Program Coordinator, Assistant Corps Director and Percussion Caption Head in previous years. 

He is currently as Principal at Church Hill Middle School in New Braunfels, TX as well as the Managing Director of Contempo Leadership which provides services to youth leadership teams. Prior to moving into School Administration, Jaime served as a band director for Canyon High School, New Braunfels, TX; L.D. Bell High School, Hurst, TX; and Tom C. Clark High School, San Antonio; TX.  

In the world of DCI, Jaime served on the Percussion Staff of the Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps from Rosemont, IL from 2003-2007 and the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps from 2001-2002. He is an alumnus of the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps where he marched during the 1999 and 2000 seasons.
