Eric is the assistant band director at McKinney North High School where he is responsible for the Symphonic band, Jazz Ensemble, and leads the visual caption of the marching band. 

Eric is a graduate of the University of Texas - Arlington, receiving a Bachelors in Music Education. He played trumpet in many ensembles on campus including: Wind Symphony, Jazz Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, Trumpet Ensembles, Basketball Band, and the Maverick Marching Band. During school, Eric also marched 4 years of Drum Corps and served as a drum major his last 3 years. Eric is the 2015 recipient of the Jim Jones Leadership Award, presented at DCI Finals. 

Eric is very excited to take on the challenges associated with modern drum corps and help push the edge of the activity. This will be his 3rd year with the corps.
