REHEARSAL INFORMATION

All of the following information is subject to change. All camps are by invite only and will prioritize members only unless called back by a caption manager.

If you have any questions on the schedule, please contact Mike Hardiek, Corps Director.

Whether or not you plan to attend, it is INTEGRAL that you submit your RSVP for rehearsal camps! Not only do these forms help us with shuttles, it also helps us understand how many members will attend, how many members to feed, and to plan for any allergies.

Shuttle request within each RSVP shuts down within a week! Deadline to submit for the 2021 May Camp is Friday, May 21, 2021.

In observation of President's Day, the Crossmen Office will be closed Monday, February 15 and will reopen with regular office hours Tuesday, February 16.

HOLIDAY HOURSThe office will be closed December 23, 2020 - January 1, 2021. Operating hours return to normal, Monday, January 4, 2021. Stay safe, Happy Holidays & Happy New Year!

THANKSGIVING HOURS OF OPERATIONThe office will be closed November 26-27, 2020. Operating hours return to normal, Monday, November 30, 2020. Stay safe and Happy Holidays!

In observance of Memorial Day, the Crossmen Office is closed and will open Tuesday, May 26, 9am cst.

San Antonio designates October 12th as Indigenous People's Day. In observance of the holiday, the San Antonio Office will be closed October 12 and will re-open Tuesday, October 13, 9am cst.

GRAND RAFFLE

This is still considered a mandatory fundraiser for the 2020 year. We will continue forward with hosting the raffle on Saturday, June 13.Please submit raffle ticket entries by mail AND via Google Form by May 31, 2020.

Orders are open through September 30thJackets will go directly to production and will be shipped as early as October 15th - Just in time for the cold weather!

RING ORDER

All members who are aging out and have (or would have) marched 3+ years as of the 2020 season are eligible for a ring!
