With nearly 40 years of experience in sales, customer service, motivation, team building, management and design, John’s company, Schocker Enterprises LLC, provides organization and motivation to assist in reaching the next level in life or business. Musically, John was a member of the Reading Buccaneers during the summer of 1977 and later the IUP Marching Band as a member of Phi Mu Alpha Music fraternity. He admits, helping Crossmen is like “reliving my youth!”

John has over 35 years of experience in business. As a former executive with Cadillac Motor Car Company, John has extensive knowledge of business operations with a solid understanding of how to implement processes for improved teamwork and a great Customer Experience. He has the skillset to connect with all levels of an organization.

John and wife Rhonda caught the drum corps “bug” when their son Jordan contracted with Crossmen in 2010. Jordan went on to march five years with Crossmen, three as a tuba performer/section lead and two as Drum Major. Since aging out in 2014, John has remained a member of Crossmen’s Board of Directors with primary focus on the Annual Crossmen Invitational Golf Tournament that he and his wife have hosted for the past eight years. John & Rhonda continue to support Crossmen due to the positive experience it provided their son in the areas of personal & leadership development as well as the impact it provides all the young adults in the activity.

John is an active member of his church where he facilitates large group fund-raisers and membership activities. He has coached various businesses via his F.A.I.T.H. philosophy.
