Tyler Edrington - Caption Head

Tyler Edrington started his pageantry arts experience ten years ago with the Ooltewah High School marching band where he first learned his love for the color guard activity. After graduating in 2008, Tyler followed his passion for performing and joined the World Champion Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps and stayed with them until 2010. The next year, he aged out with the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps. Other performing experience includes 2010 Capella Winter Guard, and the 2011-2012 seasons with Paramount Winter Guard of Atlanta, Georgia.

Tyler has always been surrounded with music since the age of 7 where he was a ten-year member of the Chattanooga Boys Choir. He attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he began to pursue a degree in music education with an emphasis on saxophone. He was a member of the marching band, concert band, wind ensemble, saxophone quartet, chamber singers, male chorus, and Opera. While a member of the saxophone quartet, Tyler had the opportunity to perform at the U.S. Navy band saxophone symposium. Tyler is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and a founding father of the Chattanooga Chapter, Delta Upsilon.

Since 2008, Tyler has designed and choreographed for many successful guard and band programs across the country. Tyler is going into his fifth season with Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps. Tyler resides in Ooltewah, Tennessee where enjoys cooking, fishing, and traveling with his friends and family.
