The Crossmen Club Unity
Welcome to Crossmen CLUB UNITY! our annual
donor membership and recognition program.
By joining CLUB UNITY each year, you will
assist in the growth and development of The
Crossmen as well as new program offerings of
Crossmen Productions, Inc.
Your contributions directly help offset the costs
associated with travel, instruction, nutrition,
and care of all current and future members of
the Crossmen.
CLUB UNITY is open to all supporters: friends, fans, family and alumni.
It is not often that your contribution has such a profound impact on the lives of others.
Help us to create those moments and assist us in the continuation of the deeply held
traditions of the Crossmen.
What is the cost to run a Drum Corps?
Each year, it costs over one million dollars for each Drum Corps in DCI to travel down
the road. Our members are required to pay tuition and member fees that cover
the costs of instruction, food, housing, transportation, equipment, uniforms for tour,
camps, and spring training. With all of these factors included, the total cost for each
performer is approximately $2,800 for the year.
Tuitions cover approximately 40% of the actual costs. The balance is raised by the
Crossmen 501(c)(3) non-profit through corporate sponsorship, appearance fees,
merchandise sales, and charitable gifts.

• INSTRUCTION
• DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROGRAMS
How to join CLUB UNITY
You can join CLUB UNITY at one of six levels either on-line or by mail. Contributions
to CLUB UNITY are Tax Deductible and as a donor, you will receive a letter for your tax
records.
Donation Levels are listed below however, the Crossmen will accept contributions in any
amount. You may also choose to waive your premiums if you desire by indicating so on our
on-line form below.
