Molly Favret - Caption Coordinator/Designer

Molly Favret is originally from Marietta, Georgia where she began her color guard career at Pope High School in 2005. She enjoyed four years of fall and winter guard receiving two WGI World Championship Medals in 2008 & 2009.  She went on to march independent world-class winterguard with Crown Guard in 2010. In 2011, Molly received the WGI Scholarship Award and took the 2012 winter season off to march her age-out summer with the Glassmen Drum & Bugle Corps. This winter, Molly will be a marching member of the Paramount World Guard for a fifth season.

Molly found a love for color guard at a young age and had the urge to share that passion with other young performers as soon as she graduated high school. Molly has had the pleasure of teaching programs such as Pope High School (GA), Allatoona High School (GA), McEachern HS (GA), Ooltewah High School (TN), and is currently in her seventh year of directing the color guard at Wheeler High School (GA).

Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Kennesaw State University and a minor in dance. In 2014, Molly completed four years of working with Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps as their first social media specialist, photographer, and graphic designer both on tour and in the off-season.

When she is not teaching, Molly runs her own design business out of her home in Ooltewah, Tennessee creating flags, costumes, graphics, props, tarps, promotional materials and more for a number businesses, drum corps, independent and scholastic winter guards, indoor percussion groups, as well as high school and collegiate marching bands from all over the nation.

Molly looks forward to her fourth season working with the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps!
