April Camp Wrap-Up

Crossmen completed their last rehearsal camp of the season this past weekend, April 25-27, at Frank Tejeda Middle School in San Antonio, TX. The corps welcomed back the Color Guard for the first time since December - adding new faces to a section with an already very high retention rate. "We are pleased with the turnout for the Color Guard so far in 2014," said Fred Morrison, Executive Director. "Tyler Edrington and his team have done a great job recruiting and building on a program that has seen a lot of success in recent years. We are looking forward to see what they will accomplish in 2014!"

During the weekend, the Crossmen design and administrative staff had a meeting with the members, revealing the 2014 production, titled Alma Gitana: A Gypsy Soul. For more information about the Crossmen 2014 production, please click HERE!

In addition, a sneak peek of the 2014 uniform was shown to members, staff, and Uniform Drive donors.  During the meeting our program coordinator Ed Devlin added, "When working with Michael Cesario, we wanted to make sure that when we turned the corner onto the field, people knew that Crossmen were here. The great people at Fred J. Miller have done an incredible job at giving Crossmen an updated look, while still holding true to the corps image. It is so great to see the continued support from our members, alumni, corps parents, and fans as we celebrate our 40th anniversary season!"

Crossmen will begin Spring Training on May 23rd, Memorial Day weekend, at Blossom Athletic Center in San Antonio. The 40th anniversary season of Crossmen is something you will not want to miss!
