Crossmen Leadership / Drum Major Workshop Information
The Crossmen will host a Leadership / Drum Major workshop for any eXperience camp participants who wish to develop skills in leadership or aspire to be a drum major for any organization.
During the sessions, we will explore a variety of leadership topics including organization, communication, attitude, and one of the most crucial aspects of effective leadership: relationships. There will be a session on conducting and “passion on the podium” for those interested in Drum Majoring skills, as well as plenty of opportunities for question and answer sessions with individuals who have been through many of the situations you will experience.
The clinic will be conducted by Crossmen Corps Director, Mark Chambers and Kara Hoeflinger.
